SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
At Sole & Stitch by Salasar, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely across India. We typically dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days of order confirmation. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and shipping partner details via SMS or email. Please allow 4–7 business days for delivery, depending on your location. For remote or tier-3 areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping is free on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a nominal shipping charge of ₹69 may be applied at checkout. Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional COD fee as displayed during purchase.
We currently ship across most pin codes in India using trusted delivery partners. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate at the time of order. Once shipped, we cannot reroute or modify delivery details. In case of delivery failure due to incorrect address or unavailability, the product may be returned to us, and re-delivery will incur an additional charge.
Orders are processed during working days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays). While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, logistical issues, or regional restrictions.

Invoice Provision:

At present, we include a physical invoice with your package at the time of delivery.

If you require a digital invoice for your records, you may request it by emailing us at pawangoyal5754@gmail.com with your order ID. We will send it to your registered email address within 48 hours.
Return & Exchange Policy
At Sole & Stitch, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at pawangoyal5754@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear product photos. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will share the return shipping address.
Important Return Conditions:

Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrect.

We do not offer reverse pickup at this time.

Items damaged due to use, wear, or improper care will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Footwear and Clothing sizing issues are eligible for exchange only if the product is returned in perfect condition.
💳 No Cash Refunds – Store Credit Only

We do not issue refunds via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or card.

Upon successful inspection of the returned item, we will issue a store credit in the form of a digital discount coupon equivalent to the order value.

The coupon will be sent via email and will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Store credit is single-use, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or product, please return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you may use the store credit coupon to place a new order.

Items marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or “Non-Returnable” are not eligible for return or exchange.
