1. Pricing & Product Information

All product prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to modify prices, product availability, and promotional offers at any time without prior notice.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on the site are error-free or complete. In case of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed.

2. Order Acceptance & Processing

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (including name, address, and contact details) is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. Orders, once placed, cannot be modified.

All purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and Return & Exchange Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Return, Exchange & Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds for returned items. If your return request is approved, you will receive store credit in the form of a digital coupon code, sent to your registered email address. This code is valid for 6 months and can be used only once on future purchases.

Items eligible for return must be unused, in original condition, and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect. No cash, UPI, card, or bank refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation. Delivery times may vary by location and are outlined in our Shipping Policy. Once an order is shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or regional restrictions.

We provide a physical invoice with each order. Digital invoices are available upon request via email.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product photos, and website design are the property of Kamdhenu Traders and are protected by intellectual property laws. No part of this website may be copied, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful or harmful activity, including but not limited to fraudulent purchases, abuse of promotional codes, or tampering with website functionality. We reserve the right to suspend or restrict access to users who violate these terms.
